You can return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If the item has been used or damaged after delivery.
If the original packaging is missing or damaged.
Discounted or promotional items unless they are defective upon arrival.
3. Return Process
Please contact us via email or our customer service number to submit a return request. After reviewing your request, we will arrange pickup and issue the refund within 7 business days after receiving the item.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error, OMA IT SOLUTIONS will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
